When you have to push through a head wind for 26.2 miles, any athlete would have to search the recesses of their mind to find their inspiration.
But Tatyana McFadden, who captured her third consecutive Boston Marathon women's wheelchair race on Monday, did not have to search very far for her emotional boost.
